An over-the-counter medication is being recalled for not having child-resistant packaging and labeling.
The recall affects Vicks Dayquil Cold & Flu 24-Count Bonus Pack Liquicaps sold between September 2008 and December 2009.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said the medicine should be kept out of reach of children, returned for a full refund or returned for a replacement coupon to Procter & Gamble.
The recall affects about 700,000 packages, which were sold at drug and grocery stores as well as other retailers nationwide.
There have been no reported injuries or incidents.
