The company has received 10 reports of the rattle's tail piece detaching since March 2008. No injuries have been reported. This expands an earlier recall of 20,000 rattles in March 2008. The recalled toys are shaped like a lamb or lion. They were sold at Wal-Mart, Babies R Us and other specialty stores nationwide from May 2007 through September 2008. No incidents or injuries have been reported. The sunglasses have a spider web etched in between the eyes.
