The following recalls have been announced:

_ About 57,000 Rage Wireless Guitars, made in China and distributed by Performance Designed Products LLC, because a circuit board defect can cause the guitar's AA batteries to leak if the batteries are installed incorrectly, posing a risk of chemical burns to consumers. The company has received one report of a burn to a consumer. The Rage Wireless Guitar controller, colored blue or white, is designed to be used on the Nintendo Wii system. The product was sold at mass merchandisers and specialty retailers nationwide from June through September this year. _ About 47,000 Blue Ember Gas Grills, made in China by Keesung Manufacturing Co. Ltd. and Unisplendor Corp. and imported by Fiesta Gas Grills, because the gas grills can be assembled improperly and expose the gas burner hoses to excessive heat, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers. Fiesta has received 14 reports of grill fires. No injuries have been reported. The recall involves Blue Ember liquid propane (LP) or natural gas outdoor grills. Affected model numbers include FG50057 or FG50069. The products were sold at various home centers and retailers nationwide from November 2007 through June this year. _ About 400 boxes of Harry & David Milk Chocolate Gingerbread Moose Munch Confection are being recalled by Harry and David. The boxes might contain a different product that contains undeclared pecans. This could cause a severe or life-threatening reaction in people who have allergies to pecans. No illnesses or injuries have been reported, according to the Medford, Ore., company.

The recalled 1-pound, 4-ounce boxes have a "best if used by" date of June 28, 2009, and the stock identifying number RSD142014. The product was distributed throughout the United States in Harry and David stores. For more information, consumers can call 800-233-1101.
