Police say a bus traveling from New York City's Chinatown has crashed on a highway in New Jersey, killing two people. The bus was headed to Philadelphia.
New Jersey state police Sgt. Stephen Jones says the driver was thrown through the windshield and was killed. He says another person on the bus also died and about 40 people have been taken to hospitals.
The one-vehicle crash happened on the New Jersey Turnpike on Monday night, just days after a bus heading from a Connecticut casino into New York City's Chinatown crashed and killed 15 people.
Police say the luxury bus in Monday's crash hit a guard rail and a concrete abutment. The cause of the crash hasn't been determined.
