Another medical marijuana provider whose business was raided by federal agents in March has pleaded guilty to drug and money laundering charges.
Jason Burns of Helena changed his plea Friday before U.S. District Judge Charles Lovell.
Queen City Caregivers, operated by the 40-year-old Burns and 40-year-old Jesse Leland, was among more than two dozen caregivers across the state raided in March and April.
Federal prosecutors say Burns and his co-defendants had grown more than 750 marijuana plants.
Burns pleaded guilty to manufacture of marijuana and money laundering. His sentencing has been set for Dec. 15.
He faces a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison and a possible $2 million fine.
Leland and a third medical marijuana provider, Joshua Schultz, already have pleaded guilty.
