A Buffalo woman has pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter and drunken driving following a February crash that killed an 18-year-old passenger.
Brigid Walsh pleaded guilty Monday in state Supreme Court.
Erie County District Attorney Frank Sedita says Walsh was under the influence of alcohol and drugs and had a blood alcohol content of .14 when she struck a median on Route 33 in Buffalo Feb. 5. Eighteen-year-old Erika Hoerner of Cheektowaga was ejected and died when the car rolled over multiple times.
Walsh and two other passengers were injured but recovered.
